What this station is
A katabatic wind is cold air draining downslope under its own weight. No engine, no heat, no persuasion. This site is the survey post built in that wind: the public face of a working method for keeping AI-agent-built deliverables trustworthy, developed by one operator and a series of model executors across a real production corpus, then generalized.
The readings on the panel above are not decoration. They are this site's own quality gates: the two contrast ratios are measured from the color tokens this page is wearing, the canary record and the fixture drift are measured results from the field program. If a number was not measured, it does not get a gauge. That is most of the method.
The problem, in one paragraph
When an agentic model builds real deliverables, its characteristic failure is not a crash. It is confident drift: output that is fluent, coherent, and wrong in ways that look right, ratified by whoever was too rushed to check. The most expensive thing in an agentic pipeline is not compute. It is a plausible answer arriving where a blank field belonged.

The field program is the measured side: how different model tiers greet a governance document, what a planted absurdity catches, and what a mid-session protocol change costs. Honesty about provenance
Everything here is signed by the operator of record on the front door, with every other identity removed; derived from a sealed private corpus (a single frozen commit, referenced internally as 6f2b291). The original is a working artifact with real names, hosts, and course content. Everything identifying has been removed here and every structural idea preserved. Two people appear in these pages and only as roles: the operator and the executor. Quoted model reasoning is verbatim from operator-supplied traces.
